Seeking experienced Security Agents responsible for safeguarding our clients' premises, personnel, and assets to maintain a safe environment.

Security Agent Job Description

Responsibilities

  1. Patrol assigned areas and premises to prevent security breaches and ensure the safety of personnel, visitors, and property.
  2. Monitor surveillance systems, alarm networks, and access control systems to detect and respond promptly to security threats.
  3. Implement and enforce security procedures, including checking identification, controlling access, and conducting bag checks.
  4. Respond quickly and appropriately to emergency situations, such as medical emergencies, fires, or trespassing incidents.
  5. Write accurate incident reports detailing observations, actions taken, and any other relevant information.
  6. Maintain a visible presence to deter potential security breaches and provide a sense of security for all individuals on-site.
  7. Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate any security-related concerns to supervisors or law enforcement agencies.

Requirements

  1. Proven and verifiable experience as a Security Agent or a related role.
  2. Excellent observational and communication skills.
  3. Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and effectively.
  4. Strong integrity, ethics, and professionalism, ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information.
  5. Familiarity with security equipment and access control systems.
  6. Physical fitness and the ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time.
  7. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in security, military, or law enforcement will be an advantage.
  8. Valid security guard license issued by the state regulatory authority. *Preferred*
