Rhinox Research Group is a readiness partner that helps organizations strengthen workplace safety, emergency preparedness, and critical incident response through practical training and planning.

We work with businesses, nonprofits, churches, schools, and community organizations that want more than one-time instruction. Our goal is to help teams build real-world readiness through training that is clear, interactive, and built for the environments people actually work in.

What We Do

Rhinox delivers workplace readiness programs designed to improve staff awareness and prevention, de-escalation readiness, emergency response confidence, decision-making under pressure, and preparedness during disruptive, medical, and violent incidents.

Our training offerings include De-Escalation Tactics, Active Shooter Response, First Aid CPR/AED, and Unarmed Self-Defense. We also provide structured readiness support for organizations seeking recurring training, refresher cycles, and long-term partnership.

Alongside our organizational programs, we run live firearms and personal defense classes for individuals in Louisville, including the Kentucky CCDW permit course, basic and defensive handgun training, and USCCA Instructor Certification.

Leadership

Rhinox Research Group is led by Aaron McGahee Sr., a U.S. Air Force veteran with a background in Security Forces, Combat Arms, and personal security operations. His experience shaped the company's approach to training: practical, disciplined, and focused on helping people respond more effectively in the real world.
