Security Agent

Seeking experienced Security Agents responsible for safeguarding our clients' premises, personnel, and assets to maintain a safe environment.

Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned areas and premises to prevent security breaches and ensure the safety of personnel, visitors, and property.
• Monitor surveillance systems, alarm networks, and access control systems to detect and respond promptly to security threats.
• Implement and enforce security procedures, including checking identification, controlling access, and conducting bag checks.
• Respond quickly and appropriately to emergency situations such as medical emergencies, fires, or trespassing incidents.
• Write accurate incident reports detailing observations, actions taken, and other relevant information.
• Maintain a visible presence to deter security breaches and provide a sense of security on site.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate security concerns to supervisors or law enforcement.

Requirements

• Proven and verifiable experience as a Security Agent or in a related role.
• Excellent observational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and effectively.
• Strong integrity, ethics, and professionalism, including confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Familiarity with security equipment and access control systems.
• Physical fitness and the ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications in security, military, or law enforcement are an advantage.
• Valid security guard license issued by the state regulatory authority, preferred.
• Must be age 21 or older.
